Frequently asked questions
Answers before
the introduction.
PrimeQuest is designed to make commercial opportunity discovery more structured, transparent and credible. These questions reflect the common concerns around submissions, matching, verification, documentation and due diligence.
What is PrimeQuest?
PrimeQuest Oil and Properties Consultants is a multi-sector consultancy and digital opportunity-matching platform. We help connect legitimate sellers, owners, buyers, investors, charterers and professional representatives across vessels, oil and gas, energy infrastructure, land, property and related commercial sectors.
Does PrimeQuest guarantee a deal?
No. PrimeQuest does not guarantee that any listing, opportunity, buyer, seller, mandate or transaction will materialize. We support the process by organizing information, qualifying briefs and helping relevant parties move toward due diligence and negotiation, but outcomes still depend on the validity of the opportunity and the participants’ own decisions.
Are listed opportunities verified?
Not automatically. PrimeQuest makes a distinction between submitted, under review, documents received, verified and qualified. Verification only occurs where sufficient information has been reviewed and assessed. Listings should be treated as subject to review and independent due diligence unless clearly stated otherwise.
Can I submit a vessel, property or land opportunity?
Yes. Owners, authorized agents and professional representatives may submit vessel, property, land, agricultural, oil and gas or related commercial opportunities through the appropriate mandate or inquiry route. We may request additional information or supporting documents before the opportunity is considered suitable for review or publication.
What information should I provide when submitting?
You should provide as much accurate detail as possible, including the asset category, location, ownership or authority details, price or terms, the relevant technical and legal context, photographs, and supporting documentation where available. The more complete the brief, the easier it is to assess fit and risk.
How does buyer matching work?
Buyers can tell us what they need in terms of category, location, budget, timelines, technical requirements and commercial conditions. PrimeQuest then reviews relevant opportunities and identifies a possible fit before any introduction is made.
What is the role of PrimeQuest AI?
PrimeQuest AI helps organize information, search the database, identify potential matches, request missing data and support communication flow. It is an administrative and matching assistant, not a legal or financial authority and not a guarantee of authenticity or a substitute for human review.
Does PrimeQuest publish private information?
No, not by default. PrimeQuest limits access to sensitive commercial information and only shares it with authorized personnel and relevant parties when necessary for a review or transaction process. We do not publish owner details or supporting documents to the public unless there is an explicit reason and proper permission.
What about documents and confidentiality?
Supporting documents are treated as sensitive materials. We use them to assess the opportunity, request proof where needed and support proper verification. They should only be shared where the submitting party has the authority to do so and the information is relevant to the commercial or legal review.
Do I need legal or technical advice before acting?
Yes, in many cases. For significant property, vessel, oil and gas, or investment transactions, independent legal, tax, technical, financial and due diligence review is strongly recommended. PrimeQuest’s role is to organize and support the process, not to replace professional advisers.
How are commission or fee arrangements handled?
Any commission, appreciation fee, payment instruction or protection arrangement must be clearly agreed in writing and supported by the relevant documented commercial relationships. PrimeQuest requires proper agreement before any fee-related obligations are considered active.
What should I do before sending funds or signing a deal?
Conduct independent review of the party, the transaction, the ownership or authority, the commercial terms and any legal documents. Confirm details, document everything in writing and seek professional advice where the transaction involves significant value or cross-border complexity.
